Return Policy

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

   - Unused and in the same condition you received it
   - In the original packaging
   - Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at service@coloradohockeythreads.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returns.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at service@coloradohockeythreads.com.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  - Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)
  - Contact your bank
